Timothy Mather, President and Owner, PE, GISP and LSI
Mr. Mather started InfoMaption Inc. (IM) in 2009 as an innovative engineering and spatial technologies firm. Mr. Mather is a civil engineer with a focus in water resources and Geographic Information System (GIS). He has used GIS for over 20 years to support a variety of projects. His civil engineering project experience includes water distribution and wastewater collection systems, drainage design and master planning, oil and gas well permitting, mine planning and reclamation, flood plain evaluations, and small dam design among others.
Mr. Mather also provides extensive experience in developing spatial technology systems for a variety of applications. He has conducted assessments and implemented programs for asset management, system vulnerability, risk analysis, and compliance projects. He strives to remain on the cutting edge in the fast changing world of spatial technology used for mapping solutions, spatially aware mobile systems, field data collection, and assets inventory.
Mr. Mather has worked with a variety of clients on a diverse assortment of projects throughout his career. He embraces the creativity that different projects demand in order to develop the best solutions. Mr. Mather thoroughly understands that communication is key to a successful project. He holds a high regard for continued professional development and persistently works to refine the services IM provides.
Abiah Shaffer, Senior GIS Analyst, GISP
As Senior GIS Analyst at InfoMaption Inc., Ms. Shaffer has over 10 years of experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). She has extensive experience in GIS data production, spatial analysis, GIS data modeling and technical troubleshooting.
Ms. Shaffer has a focus on staying on the cutting edge of technology in the rapidly changing GIS technology industry. She is constantly seeking out new methods and technology to best support projects and client needs. She holds a vast array of experience in geodatabase design, development and customization to meet specific project requirements.
In addition, Ms. Shaffer has experience in the development of web-mapping solutions and tools that enhance organizational workflow. These secure mapping interfaces are tailored to provide highly functional mapping tools for even nontechnical users in order to provide easy access to information, ability to add additional content and further enhance the system.
Erik Kuitert, GIS and CAD Specialist
Mr. Kuitert has worked as a GIS Analyst and CAD Technician for IM since 2013. With over 8 years of experience in detailed mapping and GIS development, he has proved a valuable team member to many IM projects.
Mr. Kuitert hold great expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D for production of civil design plans and details. AutoCAD experience includes development of terrain model from raw survey data, creation of detailed grading plans for land development and reclamation projects.
Mr. Kuitert has extensive experience in GIS data production, GIS data modeling, remote sensing and image processing. He has years of experience collecting data in the field using a variety of field data collection solutions. He has worked with Trimble survey equipment, CartoPac Mobile Solutions, Carlson Dataloggers, and Leica Geosystems Equipment.
